Salmon River Fishing Report05.25.08
The walleye fishing the past week has been outstanding. We have seen some very impressive fish caught the last few days. We are still getting limit catches of perfect eating size walleyes. This action should hold for a few more weeks. We do have a few more days open for this outstanding fishing. What a way to get in on this early summer action. 04.26.08
The fishing on the Salmon River for steelhead couldn't be any better. The fishing pressure over the last couple days has slowed things down a bit but we are seeing fish every where we stop and fish. Casting egg sacks or pink worms is working very good and the fish are hitting hot shot plugs back trolled very good as well. This fishing should last until mid may before it comes to an end. |
